Use of One Tree Ramps and related products with a skateboard, in-line skates, scooter, or other permissible instrument comes with an increased risk of SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH that cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential quality of the ramp’s use. You agree that you understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in the use of One Tree Ramp’s products despite this risk. By continuing with the purchase of this product and/or ramp you VOLUNTARILY, EXPRESSLY AND COMPLETELY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS One Tree Ramps and One Tree Construction Inc., its agents, owners, shareholders, directors, partners, employees, volunteers, manufacturers, participants, lessors, affiliates, its subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”),from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with your purchase or use of One Tree Ramps products, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of the Released Parties, except injuries or damages caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Party seeking indemnity.
